“Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you – all of the expectations, all of the beliefs – and becoming who you are.” Rachel Naomi Remen

In today’s fast paced modern day world one constantly has to juggle with the demands of work and home. This can leave you feeling drained out. Most of our health complaints are often due to an unbalanced lifestyle, stress, as well as unskilful management of our thoughts and emotions.

My facilitation program lays emphasis on viewing the human body as an organic whole and recognizing the connection between the mind and body. Our thoughts govern our behaviour, attitude and habits and have a major impact on our wellbeing. Our bodies have an amazing ability to naturally realign and heal itself. Instead of solely relying on drugs to suppress the health symptoms, a holistic approach looks at all aspects of the mind, body and spirit to address the root cause of your health problem.

The word ‘wellbeing’ refers to experiencing wellness by being in your original state of being – wholesome and complete. This is how we were meant to be. It means having total wellness in your mind, body and spirit.

The four dimensions of health namely the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, constantly interact with each other. Any change in one, affects the others. One can achieve good health when there is a balance of all the four dimensions.

Benefits of transformational coaching in experiencing good health are:

Personal growth and freedom: You are able to address negative feelings and emotions such as anger, fear, doubt, stress, worry and anxiety when you discover it’s origin. As a result you no longer see yourself as a victim of your circumstances but experience personal worth and power in maneuvering through every aspect of your life.

Greater resilience: One can experience easier and faster recovery through life’s ups and downs such as dealing with an illness, change, loss or bereavement.

Social integration, oneness and connection: A feeling of oneness and connection with yourself and others. A sense of connection of the deeply personal with the universal, acceptance, integration and a sense of wholeness are all a result of transformation.
