Coaching

“You cannot teach a man anything; you can only help him discover it in himself”. Galileo Galilei

Coaching is all about coming face to face with your real self. Acknowledging and accepting where you are and attaining freedom by letting go of limitations or boundaries that you put yourself into. It’s all about hope, change, taking responsibility for the self and creating a better life.

I believe in Keeping it SIMPLE. Inorder to be guided by your wisdom, it is important to quieten the mind from all the noise and chaos that’s there on the outside. The first step in coaching is to get people to unlearn, to let go of old ways of ‘learning’ so space is created to bring out something that already exists within an individual which they may not yet be aware of. When we are self-aware, we self-correct easily and as a result we naturally become humble too. In coaching my endeavour is for others to find this level.

The Coaching Program is based on the 3 principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought. The beauty lies in its simplicity.

Mind: Is the infinite source of energy behind life that powers our experience.

Conciousness: Is the awareness we have when communicating at the level of thought, words and actions.

Thought: is the formless energy that shapes our moment to moment experience of life.

Transformational coaching, emphasises more on the “BEING”. In the awareness of the Being, the Doing and the Having follow naturally and effortlessly. Here coaching is with the difference and the difference is enabling a person to work with their unique strengths and qualities, so they are authentically aligned with who they truly are rather than rely on external intervention to achieve the desired result. It is based on guiding the client in a way so that they have an insight into their own behaviour patterns and by self introspection and reflection they are able to discern what’s serving them and what’s not and drop any unnecessary thinking that maybe hindering their progress and thus their success.

WHO IS IT FOR

It’s not for people seeking a quick fix or instant results. Personal Transformation involves patience, time, and consistency. The program is designed for people who are serious about wholesome personal growth and are willing to commit to it. It’s for people who are:-

1) Curious and Open minded: This is the first step when it comes to learning something new. Maximum learning takes place when u have an open mind to listen to a new understanding and are curious to explore and experience it for yourself.

2) Willing and Committed: This is the key when it comes to personal change. Willingness and commitment to keep focus and achieve your goals and sometimes it may seem necessary to step back inorder to start afresh. That’s perfectly ok it’s all about trusting your wisdom to guide you in taking the next step forward.

Transformation is a process and the journey is just as important as the end result as it’s the insights you gain along the way that make it so special. On gaining clarity of thought you find yourself moving towards your goals in the most inspired, enjoyable, and effortless way.

“All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them”. Galileo.
